Russian President Vladimir Putin has approved that Russia can harm territories and regions that are in conflicts with United States and other NATO nations with Russian Weapons.
Putin, for the first time ever acknowledged the possibility of sending Russian weapons to the regions that fight against the states who provide arms to the Ukraine.
Russia has resulted to the African political theory: "the friends of my friends are my friends; the enemies of my enemies are my friends.." as the country will also provide weapons to any State of ground in conflicts with United States, NATO members and allies.
