TEHRAN, Apr. 06 (MNA) – Presidents of Iran, Azerbaijan and Russia plan to hold a round of talks in mid-August, 2019, according to the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov.
"Russia will host the meeting", he told reporters on the sidelines of a meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Moscow.
